Samsung i640 The Samsung i640 is a compact Windows Mobile 6 smartphone with a large widescreen display. Perfect for browsing the Internet and with HSDPA there’s no waiting for web pages to load. Slide open the i640 and use the QWERTY keypad to enter web addresses or to write emails. The i640 can also view and edit Word, Excel and Powerpoint documents. There’s a 2 megapixel camera for taking good quality photographs and a secondary VGA video call camera mounted above the screen.
